Why join New World?
1. Marketing. We are a festival that is very committed to promoting projects. We put a lot of effort into helping you at all stages and that is why we make a promotional post for all the projects entered in the festival. As a sign of this commitment you can check out our Instagram where we have helped more than 1,100 filmmakers and writers promote their projects.
2. We are an online festival but we will not publish your project online. The screenings are done privately among our team. This is very good for you because:
-Your project will not be seen online, so it will still be eligible for the other festivals.
-You will not lose the territorial premiere.
3. Very reduced fees. Currently the prices are more than 40% lower than most festivals. This is an effort that we make as a festival to help you in your career. We know that it is very difficult for independent artists to get funding (the vast majority of projects are self-financed), the rounds of festivals to promote your projects are very big efforts and from New World this is our grain of sand to help you on this path.

Feature more than 60 minutes.
Short film / Series / Pilot TV: maximum 60 minutes.
Documentary: Unlimited.
Screenplay: Shorts up to 30pag. / Feature up to 180 pag.
1. We accept all languages. If the film is not in English or Spanish, we will need English or Spanish subtitles. We accept scripts in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
2. New World can use samples of your work in a promotional way for the festival (maximum 1 minute).
3. New World is not responsible for copyright violations. Each participant declares that he is not breaking any rule and that he owns the rights to the project.
4. Being an online festival, free for accredited professionals. The festival does not pay a screening fee.
5. Organizers reserve rights change, cancel or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent.
6. By registering your project, you agree that we can send information about your project to distributors or festivals that can search for projects like yours.
7. No fee waiver. All entry fees are non-refundable.
8. New World is associated with Costa Brava, Indie House and War of Films. Registration in New world does not guarantee registration in these festivals as they are completely independent festivals.
